Most types of soft gaskets can now be cut using our large format machine, and we keep a reasonable stock of cellulose (oil) paper in various thicknesses from 0.15mm to 3.2mm, as well as foam, corks and rubber sheets.  As with all Ferriday products these are made on up to date CNC machinery that allows quick & easy drawing creation, and alterations to that drawing at any time.  A single item will not be feasible (back to scissors for that), but small quantities are no problem, we simply need an existing gasket, the casing that the gasket will fit, or even a paper rubbing of that casing in order to create a drawing.  We will aim to get the finished article produced within a couple of days.

Full gasket sets (of the same thickness) can be “tagged” into a full size sheet with your logo and part number added, and individual items can also be numbered & branded, either on an unimportant part of the gasket, or on a protruding, removable tab.  As always, there are no set-up or drawing costs, minimum order amount is just £45.00 – you may be surprised to see how many gaskets you get for that!

Other materials are available, including cork, natural rubber, silicone rubber & Viton rubber.  These can be especially useful for creating a replacement for “formed” rubber gaskets of complicated shapes, or even for making square section rings in difficult/unavailable sizes.
