BI-METAL HEAD GASKETS 0.6mm or 1.0mm THICK - 2 piece, solid metal head gaskets for unusual applications.
Please ensure you understand the nature of these gaskets before ordering, and are sure that this is the correct product for your application - more information can be seen here. As with Solid Copper Head Gaskets the most important aspect when fitting a Bi-Metal gasket is to ensure that both surfaces are completely flat (i.e. freshly machined), with flatness & surface finish that matches or exceeds the requirement of a Multi Layer Steel gasket. These gaskets can be made for almost any engine. Part of our drawings library can be seen here, anything not listed can be made from a pattern, and all drawings can be altered to suit different bore sizes.
All these components are specially made for the individual customer, but availability is usually within a couple of days plus an extra day in the post (don't forget weekends will add to this). Please feel free to enquire about a delivery date at any point.
