We now have the facilities to cut most types of paper gaskets using a new large format cutter, and we keep a reasonable stock of paper in various thicknesses from 0.15mm to 2.0mm.  As with all Ferriday products these are made on up to date CNC machinery that allows quick & easy drawing creation, and alterations to that drawing at any time.  The nature of a thin paper gasket means that a single item will not be feasible (back to good old scissors for that...), but small quantities are no problem, we simply need an existing gasket, or the casing that the gasket will fit, or even a paper rubbing of that casing in order to create a drawing.  We will aim to get the finished article produced within a couple of days.

Full gasket sets (of the same thickness) can be “tagged” into a full size sheet with your logo and part number added, and individual items can also be numbered & branded, either on an unimportant part of the gasket, or on a protruding, removable tab. As always, there are no set-up or drawing costs, and an order of just 20 or more small items if often enough to keep the end price to a minimum.
